Akashic Musings 3

Hello again Folks ~
Here is a recent question that I find interesting. Perhaps you will too.
Below the question is my response (with minor edits for public consumption).
Question: The question I asked at the beginning was about the nature of information from the Records flowing through the vibrational energy of the words. You were describing how the session works, and I was curious about that aspect.
Recently, I have sometimes been unsure about the value of language in general because I have so often been caught in unhelpful thought patterns that seem to sustain their energy through repetitive language-based stories.
So, I was surprised to hear you describe words as being so powerful in a literal energetic sense in this process.
Cheryl: Regarding words, your question made me stop to think … "Why do I believe that? It that still true for me?”
Sort of like your question of "Do I know this is true?” … which is always a good question, right!?! [laughing]
Anyway, it set me to thinking, so I will share my musings with you. Perhaps I will turn it into an informational blog, because it is a really good topic to explore.
I join you in wondering about the value of language in general at times. The emptiness of words, how they have been redefined (twisted) over time, the harm they can do, the way they can be used to distance / separate / confuse rather than bridge / bring together / clarify.
Compared with many languages, I have often felt that English is an especially anemic language; limited in its ability to communicate the depth and complexity of life, the multilayered dimensions and meanings.
In my view, words always pale in their attempt to capture the mystery that is ever present.
In regards to reading the Akashic Records, for me this is one reason why it is important that I read from the Heart. It clarifies and deepens the perception of what is in the field.
I do feel strongly that all matter, all that manifests, arises from frequency. I believe that before we had words and spoken language, we were quite adept at communicating energetically … through frequency and telepathy (which I don’t believe require words). I think these are, in reality, still our primary modes of communication (the original internet (;>).
We are just – as yet – asleep to these inherent aspects of ourselves. This is part of what I think is “coming back on line” or "coming to consciousness" in this age.
So, beyond all of the limitations, distortions, misuses of words, I feel they carry energy … a positive energy … and thus the energy to create.
These are just my beginning musings. "Words as powerful" may not at all be your experience! Please follow your experience, question with an open mind and heart, and see where it leads you.
It is also possible that the power which words once held is shifting and morphing.
_____________
So reader, what do you think? Or perceive? Or feel?
In your experience, do words have power? Are they creative?
Do they transmit and evoke something beyond what we usually imagine?
Are they, like we, transforming in new ways?
I am still sitting with such questions about the nature and place of words as we move into new territory.
Let me know what rises from within you.
Blessed Be.
Cheryl
